Les cat\u00e9gories musicales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bonifi\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e et cela s\u2019est traduit par la nomination de 47 de nos membres dont 11 ont obtenu une double nomination tandis que Antonio Naranjo et Jonathan Goldsmith ont \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9s par trois nominations chacun.<\/p>\n<p>Les prix \u00c9crans canadiens, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie canadienne du cin\u00e9ma et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, sont n\u00e9s de la fusion de deux galas, soit les G\u00e9nies pour le cin\u00e9ma et les Gemini pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. Le gala des G\u00e9meaux est quant \u00e0 lui toujours pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais au Qu\u00e9bec.
