They also won multiple 2010 Music Nova Scotia Awards.<\/p>\n<p>The video for their second single \u201cShip To Shore\u201d earned constant rotation on MuchLoud. Recently they took home the 2011 Rising Star of the Year award at the East Coast Music Awards and were voted \u201cbest band to get trashed to\u201d by readers of Halifax weekly The Coast. Last fall they toured the U.S. for the first time, winning fans while opening for Celtic punk rockers Flogging Molly. What\u2019s next for the Stanfields? \u201cRecording, touring, sweating, touring, drinking, and more touring!\u201d says guitarist Jason MacIsaac.
